November Board Meeting Highlights
The club’s board of directors met on Thursday, December 2, using the Zoom platform. The board meeting was delayed from the original November date, and the meeting planned for later in December has been cancelled.

Highlights include a healthy discussion of the meeting location, and the quality of the food provided by the Courtyard by Marriott staff. The club president is providing the feedback to the catering lead, and will wait until the next several meetings are held before collecting further feedback. The board members discussed the progress in improving the club's accessibility to current and new members through moving to a hybrid meeting format using Zoom and in-person meetings. Based on the responses from members to the recent survey, moving to a different meeting day or reducing the number of meetings each month (other than holidays or special circumstances) were not popular options.

COURTYARD FOOD QUALITY FEEDBACK HEARD

President Dave DeBois has received considerable feedback on the new venue and the quality of the food provided by the catering staff.

The comments are being shared with the catering lead. The hotel has been very accommodating and is responding to the many suggestions as best it can within the price established for the club's meals.

Please give the staff a few Mondays to respond to the requests for menu adjustments.
