The Rotary Club of Kirkland held a meeting on June 27, 2022 at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
 
President Dave DeBois rang the bell at 6:32 p.m., calling the club meeting to order.
 
John Storbeck led the membership in the Pledge of Allegiance.
 
Attending were George Anderson, Pete Anderson, Bob Auslander, Rich Bergdahl, Gary Cohn, Terry Cole, David DeBois, Donald Dicks, Doug Evanson, Rashmi Garimella, Mekonen Giorgis, Margie Glenn, Brandon Honcoop, Michael Hunter, Isabelle Kalisa, Jim Meniketti, Amy Mutal, James Nevers, Rick Ostrander, John Pruitt, Steve Shinstrom, John Storbeck, Bill Taylor, and Rick Walter.

Duck Dash Ticket Sale Volunteers Needed!
The Duck Dash needs volunteers! Rotarians can find all of the ticket sales dates in the club's online Calendar. Just click on the calendar item, then click the GOLD BOX under the heading "ONLINE REGISTRATION", then click on the "+ Sign Up" button. You must be logged in to register. Tickets are available at Banner Bank, and the sales table and supplies are available at Shinstrom & Norman. There are fewer sales days and venues this year, so we need to make each one count.

Rotary's Four-Way Test
Day of Race Volunteers Needed!
The Duck Dash needs volunteers for the Day of Race Activities! It takes at least 15 people to make this fund raising event happen on the shores of Lake Washington!
 
Rotarians can find all of the Day of Race dates in the club's online Calendar. Just click on the calendar item, then click the GOLD BOX under the heading "ONLINE REGISTRATION", then click on the "+ Sign Up" button. You must be logged in to register

The morning shift is 9 a.m. to noon.
The afternoon shift is 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The equipment return shift is 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and involves following the Duck Truck to a few locations to return the race equipment.
Club Attendance for June 2022
The club held four meetings during June 2022. All of the meetings were held at the Courtyard by Marriott, and all included a Zoom option. Overall club attendance for the month was 43%, equal to January, and higher than the preceding four months. January through May attendance ranged from 40 to 43%.
Club Attendance First Half of 2022
The club held a total of 23 meetings during the first six months of 2022. Most of the meetings were held at the Courtyard by Marriott, and most included a Zoom option. Overall club attendance for this six-month period was 40.3%. January through June, attendance ranged from a low of 37% in April to highs of 43% in both January and June.
