She says she was horrible and that her knees and elbows were sore.  She is going with her host family for a 2 week winter holiday to their vacation home in Leavenworth. When she returns before New Years, her empty calendar will be awaiting many fun dates with Rotarians! Call and invite her to accompany you to something!

v      Pat Swenson donated 3 club seats to the Seahawks game on Jan 3 IF someone would take her. Sarah volunteered. Selis did not know who the Seahawks were!

v      Our student of the month from Juanita H.S., John Wilson,  was introduced by Bob Webb. Bob shared these things about John: he is interested in politics; he plays the Base Trombone in the Seattle youth Symphony; he has made a lot of applications to college and now he is sitting back and waiting.

v      Visitors: Jim Going, a Rotary transfer from Phoenix, who was visiting us for the third time  and is going to join our group; Ezra Teshome; Asst Governor of District 5030 and frequent visitor to our club here to introduce the District Governor; Nancy Dalton; District Governor.
