Dwight Olson introduced Dr. Rob McKenna, with Organizational Development.  Rob grew up on Queen Anne Hill with his Dad being a member of Rotary 4.  He related his involvement with the Study of Leadership.  He has followed Boeing leaders for six years.  He entertained us all with his "Bandaid" story.  He informed us that there are 2 types of leadership.  1) Those who are very clear and convicted regardless of the pressure they are under and are able to stay focused.  2) Those who are peace mongers and will lean toward wanting to make everyone happy.

Rob told us, most of us want leaders to tell us what is needed, even if it's going to hurt.  He clearly said "In order for things to change, you cannot keep doing things that you did in the past".

John Woodberry won the raffle, but not the prize.  Pat adjourned at 8:00pm.
