Rotary District Governor Jesse Tam visited the Rotary Club of Kirkland recently to announce that Gary Bruner, a long-time member of the Rotary Club of Kirkland, had received the District Service Above Self Award.   The award was in recognition for Mr. Bruner’s outstanding contributions to the regional Rotary organization.  When times get tough, Rotarians step up, Governor Tam says!
