ENACTMENTS
Pat Dye repeated 7 enactments which were passed at the recent district conference.  Those who missed the district conference can contact Pat for the list. One of the important enactments is the "Rule of 85".  Members of the club need to fully understand this if they wish to qualify.

CLUB SURVEY
Pat Dye reviewed the results for the recent survey she conducted. A number of topics were covered with interesting and some surprising results. For example, one member did not want to support any international programs yet was willing to help with hosting a foreign exchange student. Hard to figure this out. Perhaps this member meets the criteria for the Rule of 85.
