Birthdays and Anniversaries were Announced .  Members celebrating birthdays in November and December:  Sharon Cavell, Elizabeth Rusnak, Dave Aubry (as old as a dinosaur?) and Gary Redfern (the BIG 60!).   Members celebrating years with Rotary:

Rich Bergdahl (7 years); Rick Ostrander (29 years); Linda Julien (5 years); Don Dicks (4 years---but he thought it was 2-boy time flies when you are having fun!); Alan Barer (8 years) and Diane Santeford (3 years).  We sang Happy Birthday and gave Congratulations to all.

Bill Woods then reminded us that we forgot his birthday and we all felt sooooooooooooooooooo bad that we sang Happy Birthday just for him.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILL!

Happy Dollars were collected by Chuck Brockway---lots of shared blessings and some shared "sorrow" over our Washington football teams.  (Dave Aubry and Brian Tucker (California teams) have nothing to lament, neither did Bill Woods and Rachel Knight (Montana teams), nor John Woodbury (Florida teams).

Our Program for the Evening:  Personal Fitness Programs

Our Speaker:  Susan Stearns of Totally Sound Fitness, Inc.

Susan shared with us the Easy ways to relieve stress and reduce back pain at our desks and in our offices.  She demonstrated several easy exercises everyone can do (which we did with her).  She discussed the impact on our minds when our bodies are relaxed and physically fit.  Maintaining good posture, stretching to keep our muscles flexible and exercising to keep the blood flowing would reduce stress and make us all feel better.

Susan also demonstrated several easy exercises using a large rubber ball and how to choose the right size ball for your height.

We ended our meeting with our Lucky Ticket drawing.  Alice Volpe was the lucky ticket holder, but her "lucky duck" (#5) did not win the prize.  Lucky Duck number 3 was the Winner.  The Pot is growing (somewhere between $75 and $90).  The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
